We are committed to the success of each stylist. At Studio RK, we believe in mentoring and continuing education. We offer an 8-10 month comprehensive mentoring educational program that creates a strong foundation and support system for new stylist development. Our program is specifically designed to develop and polish cosmetology school graduates. Each new stylist is paired with one of our twelve coaches who will mentor them throughout the program. Upon completion, the stylist will be fully prepared to join our service provider team.
Our culture is one of constant progression and continued growth. We consistently educate our staff technically and professionally. We have brought in some of the best educators in the industry.
