Education
At Studio RK, we are committed to delivering quality, exceptional service, and excellence in everything we do. That's why we prioritize ongoing education and professional development for our stylists. Our 8-10 month intensive mentoring and educational program is designed to build a solid foundation and support system for new talent.
Tailored specifically for recent cosmetology graduates, this comprehensive program pairs each new stylist with one of our twelve expert coaches, ensuring they receive personalized mentorship throughout their journey. Upon completion, stylists are fully equipped to join our service provider team and offer our clients the best possible experience.
