I’ve always believed that how you see yourself shapes how you show up in the world—so I wanted to be in a position to help people feel good. In this industry, I get to do just that: change a look and change a day. Knowing someone can leave my chair feeling more confident gives me purpose.

My Salon RK family has become an extension of home. The relationships I’ve formed with the other stylists, the support we give each other, and the way we’ve grown together—I wouldn’t trade that for anything. We’ve become sisters through this craft.
