Our Associate Program is a curated 8-10 month experience designed to bridge the gap between school and salon, offering hands-on education, real-world experience, and one-on-one mentorship in a supportive, high-end environment. Each new stylist is thoughtfully paired with one of our twelve experienced coaches - seasoned professionals who guide, inspire, and help refine both technical skills and client care.
This comprehensive program doesn’t just teach you how to thrive behind the chair - it builds the confidence, creativity, and professionalism needed to succeed in a luxury salon setting. By the end of the journey, Associates are fully prepared to step into their role as a Studio RK service provider, ready to create beauty and build lasting relationships with every guest.
