At Studio RK Salon, we take pride in the quality of our work and guarantee all services performed. Our guarantee applies to the service that was requested and agreed upon during your consultation. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the results of that service, we will gladly make it right at no additional cost to you. Please note that this guarantee does not apply to a change of mind or requests for a different style, color, or look after the service has been completed.

All service prices are listed as starting at and may vary based on the stylist’s level, the length and density of your hair, and the amount of product or time required to achieve your desired result.

Refunds are not provided for services already received. Retail items may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase.

To respect the time of our guests and stylists, we kindly require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel, change, or reschedule an appointment. By reserving an appointment, you authorize Studio RK Salon to charge the credit card on file for 50% of the scheduled services if the 24-hour cancellation policy is not honored.

By booking, you acknowledge and accept these terms and agree not to dispute these charges in the event that the policy is not followed.

Our Commitment to Communication

At Studio RK, we make every effort to help you keep track of your upcoming reservation. Our front desk team begins confirming appointments four days prior, followed by an additional reminder 48 hours before, and a final confirmation the day before your scheduled visit.

If we’re unable to reach you, please remember that it is your responsibility to be aware of your appointment date and time. Missed or late arrivals may result in a No Show fee or forfeited deposit as outlined in our policy.
