• I understand that previous treatments and or chemical services will continue to have an effect on my hair. I understand that I am required to fully disclose any previous chemical treatments to my stylist prior to application. This includes: ANY history of metallic dyes, henna or dark box color. These especially present particularly challenging applications and varying results. Desired results may not be achieved in one visit and may another process. I understand this and am willing to follow the professional direction of home care and future visits if needed.

• I understand that the chemicals may have unexpected and undesired effects on the metals in my jewelry. I verify that I have been given the opportunity to remove my jewelry, as well as a safe place to keep it for the duration of the treatment.

• I understand that my stylist is a certified technician who will do his or her best to create my desired results. I understand that the best way to assist my technician is to be clear about my requirements and that we have agreed upon the expected result based on our communication. Any further needs I may have will be an additional cost to me.

• I understand that any skin irritations as the result of chemical contact are easily treated and only temporary and do not require a doctor's visit. Some skin may be more reactive than others and I understand I am accountable to the inherent risk involved in receiving any chemical service and will not hold technician or salon liable for such reactions.
