What you need to know about your upcoming visit!

Please read prior to your appointment reservation!

We have new procedures in place to keep YOU and our Salon Team safe!  We ask for your patience and understanding as we navigate through this new normal.  Please read through the information below.  We hope that this will help with expectations and time management while providing you with the service you have been accustomed to at our salon company.

Please Text 54499 Upon Arrival

Please stay in your car and text 54499 upon arrival.  You will receive a text message when your stylist is ready.

Salon Entrance

We will be utilizing the doors in the breezeway of the salon closest to the front of the building as the temporary entrance.  If there is a guest in front of you awaiting entrance, please stand on the next marked area.  You will notice an "x" on the ground.

Face Coverings Optional for Guests Starting Oct 1st

In response to the governor's phase 3 update, we are now allowing masks to be optional for guests starting Oct 1st.  Our staff and service providers will continue to wear masks until further notice.

Health Questionaire

We will be asking you the following questions prior to entry into our building.  If you answered yes to any of the below questions, we will need to reschedule your appointment for a later time.

  1. Have you had respiratory symptoms such as congestion, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, or fever in the last 14 days?
  2. Are you living with anyone who is sick or quarantined?

Hand Washing/Sanitizer Upon Entering

When our front desk team member meets you at the door, you will be asked to immediately wash your hands or use hand sanitizer prior to starting your hair service.

Clothing and Smocks

We will be providing clean smocks for use during your appointment.  We ask that you wear a shirt or clothing that you do not need to remove.

Scheduled Guests Only

With limited capacity, we will only be allowing scheduled guests in the salon.  Please do not bring anyone additional to your scheduled appointment.

Restrooms

The front two bathrooms will be utilized for hand washing/sanitizing stations.  Please utilize the rear two restrooms if you need to use the facilities.

Checkout

We ask that you check out for all chemical services during your processing time to eliminate traffic at the front desk.  The support staff will be coming to you to do this.

Retail

We ask that you do not touch the retail products.  A support staff member or your stylist will handle the retail items for you.

Cleaning Protocol

We have implemented a cleaning protocol to do our part in preventing the spread of illness. You can expect to see our staff cleaning frequently touched surfaces more often, including doorknobs, phones, banisters, handrails, throughout the facility as well as the tools we use to perform services.

Limited Capacity

Please understand that we are operating at limited capacity.  We are doing our best to reschedule the guests that we have missed since March.  The process to reschedule these appointments will take some time, but please be assured that we are doing our best to accommodate everyone.  Thank you for your continued loyalty and support.

Doing our part!

We have reconfigured our entire salon company to elevate our levels of cleaning and to do our part in protecting our guests and staff at this time.  While these protocols will help to prevent the spread of disease, there is risk involved in voluntary services and Studio RK Inc and it's employees are not responsible for any reason at all.
